Consults are especially helpful when architectural designs need to be modified or do not translate well into structural designs. Hal Larsen's experience allows him to foresee potential issues that would slow down a project and cost a home owner exponetialy more to stumble upon midproject. He is also available to help in the event these problems to arise during a build to limit the time needed to slove the problems. Hal is also extreemly capable of visualizing and creating what the customer wishes to have in their home, and even provides suggestions to what may be more pleasing in the long run.
When Hal Larsen Construction is the contracted framing company for a project any hours Hal Larsen spends with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, General contractors and other trades outside that which is expected of the framing contractor will be billed to the project under Hal Larsen Consulting at a fee agreed upon and written in the contract.
Hal Larsen Construction is located in San Diego County but is willing to provide consultations, with plans provided, to outside areas. Consults for out of the area are suggested for individuals who have not begun building and are able to send plans (which can be returned) for Hal to review.
